Laredo 10, Kansas City 9 (10 innings)- Box

The Lemurs took a home win in the series finale in Laredo over the T-Bones courtesy of a walk-off home run from CF Nick Van Stratten in the 10th.  The homer allowed Laredo to withstand a comeback.

A two-run home run by Byron Wiley highlighted a three-run second for the Lemurs that trimmed the deficit to one. Phipps scored the game-tying run in the third on an RBI groundout by 1B John Alonso. A run scroed in the fourth to give Laredo the lead. DH JP Ramirez hit a solo home run in the eighth as the Lemurs got some insurance.

That insurance was not enough as LF Bryan Sabatella hit a two-RBI single in the top of the ninth to tie the game at 9-9 before the walkoff.
