Winnipeg 8, Lincoln 7 (12 Innings)

Winnipeg 2B Kevin Moesquit singled home SS Josh Mazzola with the game winning run in the bottom of the 12th inning to cap off a three-run rally as the Goldeyes defeated the Lincoln Saltdogs, 8-7. Lincoln had a 5-1 lead after five and a half innings. Winnipeg rallied for four runs in the bottom of the sixth to tie the game at 5-5. The game would stay that way until the 12th when the Saltdogs pushed two runs across to take a 7-5 advantage. However, Lincoln could not finish the game off as the Goldeyes would score three runs in the bottom of the frame and win the game. Winnipeg CF Tyler Graham went 4-for-6 with a run scored and Mazzola had two hits and two runs scored. Saltdogs 1B Ian Gac had a monster game in defeat going 5-for-6 with a home run, two runs scored and three RBI.

St. Paul 3, Fargo-Moorhead 2

The St. Paul Saints scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to rally from a 2-1 deficit and beat the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks, 3-2. St. Paul 2B Brad Boyer went 2-for-3 on the night, including a big double in the seventh that tied up the game at 2-2. Saints RF Brandon Tripp plated a run and drove in the go ahead in the seventh with a sacrifice fly. St. Paul starting pitcher Billy Soule notched his second win of the season as he allowed two earned runs on seven hits in seven innings pitched. For Fargo-Moorhead in defeat, 3B Ronnie Bourquin and CF Nic Jackson each had two hits.

Trois-Rivieres 7, Sioux Falls 6

After falling behind 1-0 after an inning of play, the Trois-Rivieres Aigles scored  seven runs over the next three innings and would hold on to a 7-6 victory over the Sioux Falls Canaries. Trois-Rivieres 1B Brett Flowers went 3-for-5 with a run scored and a RBI while SS David Cooper had three hits in four-bats and drove in a pair of runs. Aigles DH Drew Miller chipped in with his sixth home run of the season.  Trois-Rivieres starter Jeff Shields evened his mark at 7-7 on the season with the win. Shields went six innings and gave up four earned runs on eight hits.

Amarillo 10, Grand Prairie 4

Trailing 4-0 after four and a half innings of play, the Amarillo Sox stormed back in a huge way plating eight big runs in the bottom of the fifth inning and rolled to a 10-4 win over the Grand Prairie AirHogs. Centerfielder Jason Martin, DH Jorge Delgado and 3B Brandon Jones each had two hits in the game to lead the Amarillo offense. Sox SS KC Serna added a grand slam as part of the eight-run fifth. Amarillo reliever Andrew Romo collected the win as he tossed 1 2/3 innings allowing a hit and a walk while fanning two batters. For Grand Prairie, 1B Andres Rodriguez had three hits.

Laredo 13, Kansas City 7

The Laredo Lemurs scored eight runs in the seventh inning and two more in the eighth to erase a 6-3 deficit and defeat the Kansas City T-Bones by the score of 13-7. This contest was a slugfest as both teams combined for 28 hits, 12 of which were for extra bases. Laredo 3B John Allen had a 4-for-5 game with two runs scored and a RBI while LF Balbino Fuenmayor and C Brian Peterson each had three hits with Fuenmayor scoring two runs and Peterson driving in four. Lemurs reliever Jameson Maj tossed two innings and notched his second victory of the season. Maj allowed an earned run on two hits.
