The Goldeyes led 10-0 after three innings and never looked back, taking an 11-5 matinee win over the Saints on Wednesday at Shaw Park. Four Goldeyes hit a home run in the win, including the defending Pointstreak Player of the Week, SS Andrew Sohn, who hit a pair of long balls. RF David Rohm, CF Reggie Abercrombie, and 1B David Bergin also homered. Sohn and Bergin each finished with three hits and three RBI in the victory.
LHP Zack Dodson struck out eight Saints over seven innings to earn the win.
St. Paul CF Kes Carter was 2-for-4 with a double in the loss.
