SAINTS HANG ON FOR ANOTHER WIN

The Saints won their eighth consecutive series with a road win over Winnipeg. All five Saints runs came in the first five innings, while the Goldeyes plated three runs after St. Paul had taken a 5-1 lead. C Vinny DiFazio (pictured) was 4-for-5 with a double, an RBI and two runs scored in the ballgame, and CF Alonzo Harris went 4-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored. LF Mitch Elliott and 3B Steve Nikorak each had two hits on the game for the Saints.

SS Josh Mazzola was 2-for-4 in the game for Winnipeg, driving in three. Mazzola hit his third home run on the season with a two-run shot in the sixth.

LHP Kramer Sneed pitched 5.2 innings for the Saints, striking out a batter. RHP Mikey Mehlich worked the ninth for the save.

Amarillo at Grand Prairie- Postponed

The game between the Thunderheads and AirHogs was postponed due to rain. The game will be made up on Monday, June 29 in Grand Prairie.
