July 4 Power Rankings 📈

  1. Kansas City Monarchs (30-17, 1st in West)

Kansas City found themselves two games up over Fargo-Moorhead in the West at the end of this week thanks to the RedHawks losing a series in Cleburne and taking two series of their own on the road in Kane County and at home against Winnipeg. The highlight of the week for the Monarchs came on Sunday, when new arrival in former major leaguer Aaron Whitefield walked off a 12-11 win for Kansas City to clinch the series win over the Goldeyes. Another former major leaguer in Odubel Herrera has also been a big addition as Herrera tied that game in the bottom of the eighth with an RBI-single.
