DURHAM, NC- The official statistician of the American Association, Pointstreak, has announced that Winnipeg Goldeyes INF Casey Haerther (pictured) has been named this week’s Pointstreak Player of the Week for the week ending June 15.

The next day, the former UCLA Bruin hit two home runs, part of a 3-for-4 day that included five RBIs. Hearther capped off the series with a 4-for-4 game on Thursday afternoon. His stat line that day also included a double, two RBIs and three runs scored.

With the hot streak, Haerther raised his average from .316 to .385. He now has seven doubles, three home runs, and fourteen RBIs on the season.
