Sioux Falls Canaries 6, Lincoln Saltdogs 5 – Box Score

Trey Michalczewski tallied two hits and three RBI to lead the Sioux Falls Canaries to a 6-5 win over the Lincoln Saltdogs Sunday.

Wyatt Ulrich and Cade Gotta added two hits each for Sioux Falls. Jabari Henry and Mike Hart added one hit and one RBI each.

Curt Smith tallied three hits and one RBI for Lincoln. David Vidal added two hits and one RBI. Ryan Long tallied one hit and two RBI. 

Angel Ventura earned the win for the Canaries, working six innings. Caleb Frare pitched the final two frames to earn the save. Keenan Bartlett took the loss, giving up six runs over 4 ⅔ innings.

 

Milwaukee Milkmen 2, Kane County Cougars 0 – Box Score

Adam Brett Walker II hit home run number 25 on the season to lead the Milkmen to a 2-0 win over the Kane County Cougars Sunday afternoon.

Logan Trowbridge, David Washington and Aaron Hill recorded the other three hits for the Milkmen.

Mark Karaviotis and Gavin LaValley recorded the lone two hits for the Cougars.

Ryan Kussmaul pitched seven shutout innings, striking out eight in the win for Milkwaukee. Nate Hadley pitched the ninth to earn the save. Tyler Viza struck out seven over seven, but gave up a run to take the loss. 

 

Kansas City Monarchs 8, Winnipeg Goldeyes 3 – Box Score

Darnell Sweeney tallied two hits and three RBI to lead Kansas City to an 8-3 win over Winnipeg Sunday afternoon.

Colin Willis picked up three hits and two RBI for the Monarchs. Charcer Burks and Will Kengor added one hit and one RBi apiece. 

Wes Darvill and Sonny Ulliana tallied three hits each for the Goldeyes Sunday. Tyler Hill picked up two hits. Max Murphy and Logan Hill added one hit and one RBI.

Jameson McGrane earned the win, pitching six innings, and Elroy Urbina the three inning save. Greg Harris struck out five over five innings, but took the loss.

 

Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks 9, Gary SouthShore RailCats 1 – Box Score

Manuel Boscan  tallied two hits and three RBI to lead Fargo-Moorhead to a 9-1 win over Gary SouthShore Sunday.

Alex Boxwell, Correlle Prime and Kevin Krause added two hits each for the RedHawks. Nick Novak drove in two runs on one hit. 

Thomas Walraven tallied one hit and one RBI for the RailCats. Billy Cooke, M.J. Rookard, Raymond Jones and Daniel Lingua added one hit each.

Bret Helton struck out seven over seven innings in the win for Fargo-Moorhead. John Sheaks worked five innings, taking the loss for the RailCats.

 

Cleburne Railroaders 8, Chicago Dogs 3 – Box Score 

Osvaldo Martinez tallied two hits and three RBI to lead Cleburne to an 8-3 win over the Chicago Dogs Sunday.

Noah Vaughan picked up three hits and one RBI for Cleburne. Tyler Ryan added two hits. Alay Lago and Colton Pogue drove in two runs each.

Danny Mars and Cosimo Cannella tallied two hits and one RBI each for Chicago. Johnny Adams drove in one run on one hit for the Dogs. 

Michael Gunn struck out six over five innings to pick up the win for Cleburne. Christian Day pitched 3 ⅔ innings to lead Chicago.

 

Sioux City Explorers 16, Houston Apollos 4 – Box Score

Jose Sermo hit two home runs and drove in four runs to lead Sioux City to a 16-4 win over Houston Sunday. 

Sebastian Zawada tallied five hits and two RBI for Sioux City. Joseph Monge and Blake Tiberi added three hits and three RBI each. L.T. Tolbert added two hits and one RBI.

Ian Yetsko tallied two hits and two RBI for Houston. Alvaro Gonzalez, Yeiler Peguero and Aaron Stubblefield tallied two hits each. 

Brandon Brosher earned the win on the mound for Sioux City. Kenny Pierson took the loss for Houston.
