C Ryan Wagner scored the game-winning run in the 11th inning to give the AirHogs a 4-3 matinee win over the Stockade on Wednesday in Grand Prairie. The AirHogs had previously scored single runs in the second, fourth, and sixth innings, helping to overcome a three-run Stockade home run in the top of the fifth. RF Casio Grider had a monster day for Texas, going 4-for-5 with a double, a triple, and two runs scored. LF Charley Thurber was 2-for-4 with a solo home run as part of a two-RBI game.
RHP TJ Bozeman struck out eight over nine innings in a no-decision, and the win went to RHP Luis De La Cruz, who tossed two scoreless relief innings.
Salina CF Javion Randle hit the three-run home run in the fifth in the loss.
