1. Kansas City Monarchs (34-19, 1st in West)

Owning the best record in the league by a few games now and coming off of a sweep over the reigning champion RedHawks, it’d be tough to argue anyone over Kansas City in the top spot. Once again it was an entertaining series between the top dogs out West, and it easily could have went Fargo-Moorhead’s way, but this resilient Monarchs team comes through when it matters most and is now 5-1 this season against their rival. The Monarchs stand out on both sides of the ball but particularly on offense, where they have the top batting average (.288) and OPS (.840) in the association.
