Kansas City re-claims the top spot in large part due to taking two of three from the Milwaukee Milkmen on the road in Franklin. In a matchup of first-place teams, Kansas City won the set and took the season series from the Milkmen 4-2. Despite losing two of three from Lincoln over the weekend, the Monarch’s offense continues to mash up and down the lineup, scoring more than nine runs three times over their last six games.
