The 2020 schedule is balanced, with each club playing 100 games comprised of two home series and two road series inside its division, and one home series and one road series against the clubs outside its division. The top two clubs in each division at the end of the season will qualify for the playoffs. The league will take a two-day break on July 20-21 for the 2020 American Association All-Star Game. The site of this year’s game will be announced at a later date.

In 2020, the American Association division structure is unchanged. The North Division clubs are the Chicago Dogs, Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks, Gary SouthShore RailCats, Milwaukee Milkmen, St. Paul Saints and Winnipeg Goldeyes. The South Division clubs are the Cleburne Railroaders, Kansas City T-Bones, Lincoln Saltdogs, Sioux City Explorers, Sioux Falls Canaries and Texas AirHogs.

“We are very excited for the 2020 season in the American Association,” said American Association Commissioner Joshua Schaub. “Our product on the field has never been better and our clubs continue to raise the bar in offering affordable, high quality family entertainment in our markets. We look forward to a great summer of baseball and fun in our ballparks in 2020.”
